A mixture of 6 broad-spectrum protease inhibitors to protect protein integrity.

The production and degradation of endogenous proteins are generally maintained in a state of equilibrium, so protein content within cells is stable under stable environmental conditions. However, in in vitro studies, protein synthesis ceases while degradation is greatly enhanced, thus affecting protein yield. Therefore, we recommend using a mixture of inhibitors composed of various small molecules to inhibit protease function and prevent protein degradation.

Instructions for Use:

Thaw the DMSO stock solution at room temperature. Add the inhibitor mixture to your experimental system (e.g., cell lysate or tissue extract) at a 1:100 ratio.
